Refund policy

All Sales are Final unless your item has been damaged in transport. Items will be professionally and securely packed. We will give you a full refund if the item is severely damaged in the mail after the item is returned to us. For vinyl records, small corner bends are NOT considered “severely damaged” (which is why we are using Mighty Mailer Professional Vinyl Record Mailers as well as cardboard fillers as protection). If you are afraid of Seam Splits, please request that your items are unsealed and mailed outside of the cover to prevent seam splitting while shipping.
